It wasn’t part of the plan. On a whim, I walked over to SAM to see if there was anything interesting. I’m not the mixed media type. But I thought I would go and “kay-poh” and see what’s cooking.
I wasn’t really interested in the video clips on display because I don’t really understand them. But I had quite a laugh playing with the video installations and taking photos of myself being recorded. That’s a real time imaging of myself on the right.
These two above are fun as well. It records and plays back after a 20 second lag. So, I had quite a laugh at myself, planning my own recording. Come to think of it, that’s kind of dumb now. HAHA.
There were books on video installations for browsing. But what I really liked was the green walls. It just makes me feel rather invigorated.
This visit to SAM got me thinking that I should be a bit more adventurous in future. I must admit that I had fun with the real-time video recording
